In this review, the authors conducted benchmarks for three thermodynamic models to analyze PSA-based medical oxygen concentrator (MOC) systems allow optimization and operational flexibility. PSA generator plants are good medical-grade sources, a crucial tool in healthcare from primary tertiary level. However, they must be designed accordingly properly operated, considering key design goals such as improving adsorbent productivity, recovery, innovating reduce unit size weight. The importance of mapping performance various operating requirements or designs themselves on outlet product specifications production effectiveness is outlined. Emphasizing optimal operation, suggest simulation-based frameworks high-fidelity modeling layout operation conditions adsorption-based MOC systems.
